Middleton & District Minor Hockey Executive would like
nothing better than a smooth year with a happy membership. However, we realize
that with so many people involved and so many different opinions and coaching
styles, it is inevitable that there be some disagreements.
In the event that you have a complaint regarding anyone
involved in Middleton Minor Hockey, whether that be a member of the bench staff,
team manager, parent or executive member please follow the process outlined
Any complaints received that did not follow this process
will be referred back to the appropriate level.
***Remember that everyone involved is a VOLUNTEER who is just doing his or her best! No one is perfect!
Please take 24 hours to cool down and think things through.
After the 24 hours, if you still wish to form a complaint, please do so in writing (email is acceptable).
